Fees

Travel for mobile service to one location:
$30.00 – Orange County
$45.00 – LA, Riverside, San Bernardino
$60.00 – Temecula, San Diego, Ventura

Travel for mobile service before the hours of 8:00 AM
and after the hours of 8:00 PM:

$150.00 – Orange County
$165.00 – LA, Riverside, San Bernardino
$180.00 – Temecula, San Diego, Ventura

Parking:
If I am charged parking fees to park my vehicle during the signing, the client is responsible to pay for my parking fees. If I am not able to find parking within 10 minutes upon arrival for the signing appointment, the 20 minute window for our signing appointment will begin.

Time:
$20.00 – Fee for each additional 20 minutes spent in an appointment, and upon arrival for a signing. Remember that this includes time for parking after attempting for 10 minutes, if I’m not able to park. The 1st 20 minutes of my time is what I include in my standard service.

Signatures:
$15.00 – Per signature for General Acknowledgements or Jurats
$150.00 – Flat Fee for Mortgage Lending document packages, where I am serving in the capacity of the Notary Signing Agent for the Escrow Officer
$30.00 – For 2nd mortgages

Doc Prep / Printing:
$30.00 – Print Loan Packages / 2nd Mortgage is an additional $20.00
$15.00 – Individual Documents

(These fees are either set by the Secretary of State for California or have been determined based off of mortgage market trends for loan docs)

Cancellation:
24 hour notice required to avoid a cancellation fee of $30.00
